I spent the morning walking through Hyde park, strolling through the trees, resting my legs on one of the benches as I was very early for my reservation ( too excited it seems)
It was such a fun time, one of the most colourful, creative and satisfying tasting menus I’ve tried. 🥰
The meat fruit honestly was crazy and I loved it- at first I didn’t think that I would be able to finish it, but I was left one more.
My cousin was the one who told me about this restaurant, which then I immediately put it on my list to try the few days I had in London - he’s a foodie so this was an awesome recc hehe ✨
Anywho, each course was beautiful , a little story came with each one, everything so detailed and well executed, refined yet still fun and didn’t leave me feeling anxious on how to eat it.
The triple cooked chips CRUNCH COULD HE HEARD A MILE AWAYYYY 🍟
I loved how there was 3 courses for dessert- the pineapple being slow roasted and coated in caramel layer by layer is just an extra detail I enjoyed
Anywho, I heard from my waitress that they’re sadly only open until January 2027 - so I’d say, go try them, a solo meal treat or celebrating something special- whether you try the tasting menu or not, I’d say deffo give the meat fruit a go 🍊
